More often than not, if you book your bin before 10am weekdays, we will deliver same day (depending on your location). It is best to contact us directly on 0431 732 278
Skip bin sizes will vary depending on the type and the duration of the cleanup. To learn more about our bins, please refer to our skip bin guide.
Allowable waste types differ depending on what bin you have booked. Refer to our skip bin guide to determine what waste is permitted/not permitted in the bin.
Please note: If you require asbestos disposal, you will need to arrange a special bin with us beforehand. Contact us on 0431 732 278 or email@example.com
We can only accept bins which have been filled to the rim only. If you have filled your bin above the rim, we will be unable to collect it due to the risk of spillage and fines for transporting an overfull bin.
The best place for your skip bin is somewhere within the boundaries of your property, such as a driveway. You will need a clear space (without trees or power lines) that is at least 3 metres wide to allow our truck to deposit the bin. If you are unsure, or have any concerns about bin placement or access to the property, please contact us via phone or email prior to the delivery date.
If placement on your property is not possible, you may need to place it on the street or a nature strip. If this is the case, you will need to contact your local council to obtain a permit, if required.
No, this will not be necessary. If you would like the bin placed in a specific area, please let us know during the ordering process, or give us a call.
You can keep the bin for as little as a few hours, or up to 7 days. Generally, most clean ups will require just 7 days of bin hire. If you expect your clean up to take longer, or have filled your bin sooner than your scheduled pickup date, please contact us and let us know.
You are able to pre-arrange pickup with us at the time of your booking, or you can simply give us a call on 0431 732 278 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a pickup time.
If you have filled up your bin to the maximum level and find that you still have waste left over, all you need to do is contact us and we can arrange to have the full bin replaced with an empty bin. This will incur additional rental fees, so if you are unsure about what size bin you need, read our skip bin guide. or talk to a member of our friendly staff.
After you have taken delivery of the skip bin, you are responsible for everything that is inside it. If prohibited materials are placed into the bin, or if the bin becomes overloaded, you are still liable for any fines or additional costs that arise as a result.
After we have collected your bin, it will be transported to the nearest waste facility, where it will be sorted and disposed of. If you have any concerns about the environmental impact of your waste, we can arrange to sort and recycle on your behalf.
